The second video in The Pita Group’s new “In the Pocket” series features Wendy Kopp, director of marketing for Panera Bread/HBG. Known for its community relations, Panera has weaved local involvement into the company culture. Wendy discusses how the company establishes local partnerships, gives back to the community and uses social media to communicate with both Panera customers and employees.
In September, Julie Daly, executive director of Hartford Young Professionals and Entrepreneurs (HYPE), will reveal how she uses social media to recruit and connect with members. She’ll also discuss the ways young professionals are networking online.
