Several recent viral stories and videos have done just that, tapping into pure imagination to raise awareness for an important organization, share a critical message or simply to remind others to have fun with their children.

With the help of social media, Bat Kid supporters around the world followed him as he battled evil and made Gotham City safe for another day.
At night, plastic dinosaur toys come to life and chaos ensues. This amazing idea came from two of the coolest parents ever. They did this simply because they wanted their kids to have a sense of mystery and imagination. They thought that in an age of digital everything, they would engage in some old-fashioned parental trickery. After posting hilarious photos of plastic dinosaurs playing board games and holding Ninja Turtles hostage, their idea went viral. Everyone wanted a little piece of their childhood back, and parents everywhere realized they need to step their game up.
